Danielle1.0: Great bottle until it breaks. First one leaked. Spring on flip lid broke on 2nd and 3rd bottle after only 4 months. This seems a common fault amongst reviews.Amazon’s description used to read “100% SATISFIED OR YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK – Your satisfaction is guaranteed! ALADDIN provides LIFETIME WARRANTY and stands for outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE with thousands of HAPPY CUSTOMERS.”The above warranty was honoured when the first 2 bottles broke. Now amazon have removed the warranty blurb and Aladin claim they do not have a lifetime warranty.I am left needing to replace the bottle and send this non biodegradable plastic to landfill all for a broken inadequate spring…..ironic really given it was supposed to be an environment way of reducing plastic
Sandancer1.0: Both of our children have Aladdin water bottles which we purchased through Amazon and both have been great until yesterday.Part of the spring on the lid of my daughters bottle had recoiled and left a protruding metal spike sticking out of the lid (see photo). This stuck in my daughters finger and caused her quite a bit of pain and discomfort. I’ve attached a photograph for information.The manufacturer needs to review this mechanism as it could cause serious injury if it was to catch part of a person’s eye. I’ve contacted both Aladdin and Amazon but not had any response.

Worcester Woman4.0: I have been very happy with this product- but unfortunately the spring mechanism in the lid has broken and no longer functions normally. As it was purchased under a year ago is it possible to receive a replacement?
lynne S5.0: Easy bottle to hold and carry and easy to clean and easy to drink out of. I’ve dropped it a few times too and no damage noted 3 full bottles a day gets my fluids intake easily done
