I have problems with my shoulders popping in and out of their sockets or worse just loitering half-in half-out. This support really helps. As an example I went away for the weekend slept badly on my arm overnight and yesterday could barely use my arm all day and was in a lot of pain. When I got home in the afternoon I put the support on wore it until I went to bed by which time my shoulder was still sore but getting better. Today my arm is as good as new! It would be full marks but for two points. 1) It’s damn hard to put on when you have a bad shoulder. I just have to grit my teeth and know it’s worth the extra discomfort for a moment. 2) It’s not great for ladies. I’m a larger lady however with a 40F chest so possibly a less busty lady would get on better with it. That said it’s still usable just a little awkward. And I didn’t see any product that I thought looked more suitable than this one for that particular problem.

I tore a mussel in my sholder and needed something a bit more supportive I toyed around with a couple of brands and different styles but kept coming back to this one so in the end i brought it was the best thing I done I felt the support and also helped kill the pain a bit aswell

Don’t get this expecting full support or great shoulder protection it’s not what it’s designed for. I’m using it for a level 1 tear of the supraspinatus coupled with inflammation of surrounding ligaments and it’s really helping with the constant pain I was having. It provides compression of the area similar to what a tensor bandage would do without the trouble of having to wrap. Keeps the muscles warm and does help keep the shoulder in a more proper position to aid healing and gives a bit of support to prevent future injury. There is a little chafing to the opposing armpit where the elastic strap goes but in my opinion it’s a small price to pay for not having constant pain resonating in my shoulder/arm.

Works as advertised. Supports the shoulder keeps everything warm and tight during my activity (bodybuilding). I bought this to help recover from a grade 3 AC tear and it worked well for the purpose. Only downside is that the straps do get ‘rubby’ and annoying under the arm – I spend a lot of time adjusting and readjusting to try to make it more comfortable but considering I only wear it for an hour or so a day when my shoulder is feeling particularly nasty it isn’t so bad.

Tengo tendinitis en el hombro y esto producto me ayuda. Es de buen calidad y es confortable. No he tenido ningún problemas.
