Adidas run half to 1 full size large. I normally wear a 10.5 in saucony but adidas i almost always end up being a 10. These sneakers are super cute but it has one big problem. The height is too low on the front of the foot. You can see my big toe lifting the thin cheap fabric! How ugly. I’m going to return.

This is a good summer sneaker if you have to wear a sneaker in the summer. I don’t think it really provides enough support for running or any sport where you need some support. I normally wear an 8.5 / 39 and got both the 8 and 8.5. Both were really wide which actually wasn’t so bad – my toes were able to move the same as in my Birkenstock sandals. The 8 was too short in length though so went with the 8.5. All to say you should probably order in your regular size.
